From July 11th to 12th, Honle Group convened its 2025 Mid-Year Marketing Conference at the Golden Dragon Lake Yurui Hotel in Beijing. Under the powerful theme “Where Ambition Leads, No Distance Is Too Far,” the leadership team and sales elites gathered to evaluate the achievements of the first half (H1) and synchronize strategies for the upcoming H2 challenges. The summit was presided over by Huang Zhen, Deputy GM of the Beijing Key Account Department, with a keynote address delivered by Honle Group’s General Manager, Feng Junfeng.

Performance Highlights: Resilience in a Shifting Market
Despite a complex global economic landscape and evolving bidding regulations, Honle Group demonstrated remarkable adaptability across three key divisions:
- Domestic Market Strategy: Yue Kunpeng, Deputy GM of Sales, addressed the shift in State Grid bidding methods. While H1 faced competitive headwinds, the group maintained high operational standards with a 107.9% delivery matching rate and a 96.8% quality pass rate. The focus for H2 will pivot toward enhancing R&D differentiation and prioritizing payment recovery to ensure healthy cash flow.
- International Trade Momentum: The Foreign Trade Department, led by Huang Huiqi, reported a robust 11.4% year-on-year revenue growth. Transformers and box-type substations remained the primary growth drivers. Future expansion will focus on non-English speaking markets to diversify risk and amplify global brand presence.
- New Energy Breakthroughs: Since its inception in 2023, the New Energy division has shown explosive growth. Sales Manager Yao Jing revealed that the team has already hit 81% of its annual target in just six months. Digital exposure for this sector surged by 200%, signaling Honle’s successful transition into the green energy infrastructure market.

The “Honle Spirit”: Beyond the Boardroom
General Manager Feng Junfeng concluded the session by reinforcing the philosophy of “Ambition and Action.” He emphasized that a clear objective is only the starting point; true success requires actionable steps and relentless self-surpassing. He urged all regional offices to mitigate transaction risks and ensure a disciplined approach to contract execution.
To foster synergy, the conference included a “Leaderless Group Discussion,” where 14 top-tier sales professionals brainstormed solutions for real-world market obstacles. The event culminated in a team-building trek up the Mutianyu Great Wall, symbolizing the group’s collective determination to overcome hurdles and reach the pinnacle of the industry.

Looking Ahead
As Honle Group enters the second half of 2025, the focus remains clear: accelerating core business growth, optimizing the supply chain, and ensuring that every strategic goal is met with precision and vigor.
