On July 19th, Honle Group successfully conducted the second phase of its 2025 Empowerment Program, titled 《Efficient Execution》. This specialized training session was designed for the company’s management team and core business backbones to bridge the gap between strategic planning and tangible results.

The session was led by Mr. Zhu Rongbin, a veteran expert from Qiaode Enterprise with over two decades of experience in organizational communication and executive strategy. Mr. Zhu opened the session with a powerful visual comparison of military discipline, illustrating that the foundation of execution lies in “obeying orders without excuses.” He distinguished between the process of execution and the actual power to deliver results, emphasizing that true efficiency is defined by speed, precision, and quality.

A key highlight of the workshop was the “Execution Black Hole” analysis. Trainees identified four major organizational failures: vague goal-setting, lack of value-oriented methods, inadequate incentive systems, and the absence of a deep-rooted execution culture. To counter these, Mr. Zhu introduced the three pillars of high performance: Obedience, Responsibility, and Proactivity.

Through interactive case studies—including the historical “Sun Wu” strategy—and the hands-on “Paper Airplane Game,” participants practiced aligning goals and optimizing teamwork. The session concluded with a focus on “Execution Culture,” urging leaders to lead by example. This training equips Honle’s leadership to drive the company toward new milestones with a more disciplined and results-oriented mindset.
