1. Enhanced Structural Reliability
- Transport Safety: Both the iron core and the burning group adopt specialized fastening measures, allowing the unit to withstand the mechanical shocks typically encountered during transportation.
- Vacuum Processing: To ensure peak insulation performance, both the coil and iron core are vacuum-dried.
- Moisture Control: The transformer oil undergoes vacuum filtering and is oil-filled under vacuum to minimize any moisture inside the tank.
2. Innovative Corrugated Oil Tank
- Breathing Function: The oil tank uses corrugated sheets that provide a “breathing” function, automatically compensating for oil volume changes caused by temperature fluctuations.
- Compact Design: The corrugated sheet design replaces the traditional oil storage cabinet (conservator), which significantly reduces the overall height of the transformer.
- Hermetic Sealing: Because the oil is completely isolated from the outside world, the design effectively prevents the infiltration of oxygen and water, preventing oil degradation.
