1. High-Conductivity Iron Core

• Premium Material: Constructed from cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets known for high magnetic conductivity.
• Structural Design: Features an inclined joint laminated structure with core limbs shaped in a multi-class ladder round section for uniform performance with the yoke.

2. Advanced Winding Technology

• Cooling & Protection: The winding incorporates a corrugated oil duct and uses a non-dipping process bound by shrinkable tape.
• Configuration: All windings are concentric coils.
• Voltage Regulation: HV winding taps lead to a tap switch conveniently installed on the box cover. (Note: Power must be cut off before changing the tapping voltage for safety).

3. Maintenance-Free Corrugated Oil Tank

• Innovative Cooling: The tank consists of corrugated walls with a powder-painted surface.
• Flexible Design: The corrugated fins serve a dual purpose—cooling and “breathing”—allowing the tank to adapt to oil volume changes caused by temperature fluctuations.

• Extended Life: By preventing the oil from contacting air, this technology eliminates the risk of oxygen or moisture entering the tank, preventing oil aging and insulation degradation.

Note: For transformers with a rated capacity of 500 kVA and below, the load loss values are group-specific: the value above the ramp in the technical table applies to the Dyn11 connection group, while the value below the ramp applies to the Yyn0 connection group.
